Other comments about your business you wish to share?Keys to Bhutan is a rags-to-riches story. Founded by two childhood friends, Anan and Gelay, it initially started as a web-based travel company. It is now one of the leading tour companies in Bhutan.
All that the two young lads had was an antique computer in a tiny storage room filled with a whole lot of patience, a big heart and an even bigger dream. They entered into the travel industry as part-time guides during their school vacations.
In 1999, the year of their graduation, 99% of the graduates were absorbed into the civil service and big corporations, making their parents proud! The two adventurous and energetic buddies took a different turn and opened their own travel company, with their faithful old computer tucked in the corner of their parents’ storeroom. Big dreams started in that tiny room.
Ultimately, hard work paid off for these guys. In a short span of time, Keys to Bhutan has now become a prominent, well-established high-end travel company and a known brand in the Bhutanese tourism industry.
