What makes you different from other guides? Why should someone hire you?I always go with the guests preferences rather than following the itinerary and also on top of that I give options for the offbeat sightseeing places.
I have handled the complaints regarding the guests accommodation, food and also in the itinerary, so by that way I have gained experience in order to full fill the guests expectations and I always ask for the feedback regarding my guiding service which will certainly help me to gain more confidence for dealing with my new clients in future.
I always use golden words and render my extra mile services to all my clients and lastly it's very important to understand guests'needs and fill their dreams of expectations.
Other comments about your guiding service?In my more than 13 years of Cultural and Trekking guiding experience I have not only shared the information about our country's rich culture & tradition and history, since I got the opportunity to attend the different courses conducted by GAB and other tourism stakeholders like about Gross National Happiness, Buddhism Iconography, basic mandarin courses and many other relevant topics related to the Tourism industry, so this knowledge that I gain can certainly share with my clients and not only this for me I have also learnt many knowledge about photography, floral and funa, birding, medial aid and many other general knowledge from my clients from different countries.
My other points is since I did my hospitality and tourism management course and I had more than five years of experience in high end hotels and resorts, so since it's also a service industry where I can reckon my extra personalised services, which are indirectly related to the tourism industry, by that way too I can exceed my clients expectations in different ways.
